£ 190

On-site visit (up to 1.5 hours) to assess your current setup, including Wi-Fi, network, and connected devices, followed by recommendations.

Hourly Rate

On-Site

£ 100

On-site visit charged at £150 for the first hour (inclusive of a £50 call-out fee), followed by £100 per hour thereafter. Includes travel and tailored assistance.

Full Day Support

On-Site

£ 650

Up to 7 hours on-site, ideal for full home assessments, smart setups, or multiple device support. Includes travel and tailored assistance.

Monthly Support for Executive Homes

Essential Plan

£ 45 Monthly
  • Pay a small monthly fee to have access to support.
  • Mon-Fri 9am-6pm | Response within 1 working day
  • £20 per session, each session includes up to 15 minutes of support

Premium Plan

£ 199 Monthly
  • Up to 4 remote sessions/month (Max 30 mins each)
  • Roll over 1 unused session a month
  • Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm
  • Email & WhatsApp Support (within 1 business day)

Executive Unlimited Plan

£ 450 Monthly
  • Unlimited remote support (fair use applies)*
  • Response within 1–3 hours (business hours)
  • Monthly home tech check-in
  • 7 days a week

* Terms: Abuse defined as >16 calls/month or total support time >5 hrs/month (beyond which a custom plan can be arranged). You reserve the right to re-evaluate usage at your discretion
